Hato Hone St John (HHSJ) and Wellington Free Ambulance (WFA) are encouraging more New Zealanders to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as out-of-hospital cardiac arrests continue to rise.

More than 1,300 school pupils recently received defibrillator and CPR demonstrations with St John Ambulance Cymru trainers as part of the charity’s Defibruary campaign launch.

New Allergy School programme launched by The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation supported by St John Ambulance aims to address this.
