The magic of Christmas was celebrated at the Municipal Hall of Agios Dometios – Nicosia, Cyprus. St John Cyprus volunteers were among those on the day of love and Christmas spirit.
St John Cyprus volunteer trainers have participated in this event for the past 6 years, and each year at the event, volunteer trainers provide and give information about first aid and encourage young people to get involved and learn first aid.
This year was no different from previous years, and St John volunteers were on hand to demonstrate the basic first-aid life-saving skills. Also in attendance were the Mayor of Agios Dometios, Dr Kostas Petrou, members of the municipal council, and Ms K Papaeftychiou Municipal Service Officer for Cultural and Social Issues.
