Volunteers from Guernsey’s marine ambulance service prepared a seaworthy converted car to travel from St Peter Port to Herm Island as part of a fundraising challenge for the Flying Christine III, recreating a similar 1993 voyage that helped fund the original vessel.

His Majesty The King, Sovereign Head of the Order of St John, has, on the recommendation of His Royal Highness The Grand Prior, sanctioned the promotion of Hato Hone St John’s Chancellor, John Whitehead CNZM, to a Bailiff Grand Cross of the Order.

Since joining St John International in April 2026, Axel Kularatnam, our new Social Media and Engagement Officer, has been focused on strengthening digital storytelling, building connections across the global network, and showcasing the incredible work taking place across St John organisations worldwide.
