On Tuesday 9 December, St John Ambulance Bermuda proudly recognised the outstanding dedication of its volunteers during a special Long Service and Coronation Medals Ceremony held at Government House.
The event was hosted by His Excellency The Governor, Andrew Murdoch, Patron of St John Ambulance Bermuda. The ceremony honoured volunteers for their exceptional service and long-standing commitment to the health, safety, and welfare of the Bermuda community.
During the presentation, His Excellency formally awarded King’s Coronation Medals alongside Long Service Medals recognising service milestones of 10, 15, 20, and 35 years. The ceremony was followed by a reception in celebration of the volunteers’ contributions.
The Governor extended his sincere gratitude to all award recipients, commending their professionalism, dedication, and the vital role they continue to play in supporting public health and emergency care across the island.
