Between March 1–16 2025, St John Cyprus proudly supported the European Throwing Cup 2025, the largest and most prestigious throwing event in Europe, hosted by the Cyprus Amateur Athletic Association (KOEAS) and European Athletics. Athletes from across the continent came together to compete in shot put, discus throw, hammer throw, and javelin, delivering exceptional performances that captivated audiences.
Throughout the event, St John Cyprus provided essential Voluntary First Aid Services, with a team of experienced trainers, including Advanced Responders and Medical Professionals, on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Under the leadership of Chairman, Dr. Georgios Pantelas, the medical team was present throughout the competition to offer immediate assistance whenever needed, allowing athletes to perform at their best with confidence.
