St John Ambulance Australia is a humanitarian charity in the Australian community, working to help those who are ill, distressed, suffering, or in danger. A trusted and reassuring presence in the community since 1883, St John Ambulance Australia proudly continues to uphold the mission and values of the International Order of St John.

Through the support of our community volunteers, first aiders, leaders and members, St John Ambulance Australia provides:

First Aid Training

A full range of best-practice, nationally accredited, customised and online First Aid training with flexible delivery options available across diverse areas, including:

First Aid Products

A comprehensive and quality-assured range of First Aid kits for the workplace, home, and leisure environments; St John defibrillators and accessories, personal protective equipment, supplies and refills.

Ambulance and Non-emergency patient transport 

Provision of best practice care and treatment of the sick and injured in pre-hospital care. St John in Western Australia and the Northern Territory provide fully trained ambulance professionals (under contract to their respective governments).

Healthcare services 

A range of professional medical services and highly trained St John First Aid members who attend events and make them safe for everyone; corporate healthcare services such as first aid compliance assessments and onsite training.
